The Great Classic wines of Italy all start with a B! James Suckling & Zachys proudly present The Three Bs: Brunello, Barbaresco & Barolo Wine Event. This event marks the third installment in a series of successful events hosted by internationally acclaimed wine critic James Suckling and New York’s finest wine merchant Zachys this year. The Times Weekly described the previous event as "one of the most dramatic and notable wine events of the season."

This is your rare opportunity to meet the producers and taste the wines from Italy’s premier wine regions – Brunello di Montalcino, Barolo and Barbaresco. The event will consist of a walk around tasting of more than 100 wines from 50 of the top producers. Wine producers and their representatives will fly from Italy to meet participants and serve wines. In addition to the superb selection of wines, this impressive tasting will also include an elaborate cheese selection, a refreshing Champagne bar, and live music from award-winning recording artists. Music is curated by Rob Moose of Bon Iver.

Many of the greatest names will be there – Roberto Voerzio, Bruno Giacosa, Pio Cesare, Fuligni, La Rasina, Castelgicondo, San Polino and many others. Each winery will present a minimum two wines, a recent release and an older vintage. Internationally acclaimed wine critic, James Suckling personally selected and awarded every wine at the event 90 points or more. All of the wines will be available for purchase at the event and through a smartphone application.

General Admission, which offers entry from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm and the temporary use of a Lalique tasting glass designed by James Suckling.
